What I work on

SEO built around commercial intent.

Higher rankings matter when they put your business in front of people already looking for what you offer. The work focuses on the parts of your online presence that influence whether those customers can find you.

01 · LOCAL SEO

Be easier to find nearby.

Local keyword research, competitor analysis, Google Business Profile optimisation, service and location pages, citations, review strategy and local ranking tracking.

02 · WEBSITE SEO

Make your site clearer to Google.

Page structure, titles and metadata, internal linking, indexation, schema, technical issues, site speed and stronger service-page targeting.

03 · SEARCH STRATEGY

Target searches worth winning.

Find relevant search demand, understand the competition and build pages around terms with a realistic path to traffic and enquiries.

04 · TRACKING

Measure what actually moved.

Rankings, Search Console data, traffic and enquiries are tracked so the next improvements are based on evidence rather than a fixed checklist.

The 90-Day SEO Plan

A focused three-month push.

The first 90 days are designed to find the biggest opportunities, fix what is holding the site back and build a strong foundation for continued organic growth.

01

Find the opportunities

Audit the website, Google presence, competitors and the searches customers use. Benchmark rankings and identify the technical, local and content gaps worth addressing first.

02

Build & optimise

Implement the priority work: stronger service pages, on-page SEO, internal links, GBP optimisation, technical fixes, local citations and new search-focused content where it makes sense.

03

Measure & improve

Once changes are indexed, look at what moved. Rankings, visibility, traffic and enquiries guide the next round of improvements and future SEO priorities.

After the first 90 days

Keep building on what works.

SEO does not stop once the initial changes go live. Businesses that want continued growth can move onto monthly SEO management, with the work shaped by what the data shows rather than repeating the same tasks every month.

About

SEO, handled directly.

I'm Leyton Zhang, an Oxford Physics graduate based in Hong Kong. I take an analytical approach to SEO: understand how customers search, identify where a business is losing visibility, prioritise the opportunities that matter commercially, implement the work and measure what happens.

I work directly on the strategy and implementation, so you are not passed between salespeople, account managers and an SEO team you never meet. The objective is simple: make your business easier to find when potential customers are already searching for what you offer.

FAQ

Questions businesses usually ask.

What kind of businesses do you work with?
I primarily work with local and service-based businesses where Google Search and Maps can be a meaningful source of new customers.
How long does SEO take?
Some improvements can appear relatively quickly, while more competitive searches can take considerably longer. The first 90 days focus on making the highest-priority changes and establishing enough data to see what is gaining traction.
Can you guarantee a #1 Google ranking?
No credible SEO provider can guarantee a specific Google position. What I can do is identify the factors limiting your visibility, improve them systematically and measure the effect of the work.
What happens after the first 90 days?
You can stop after the initial project or continue with monthly SEO management. Ongoing work is based on what the first three months reveal rather than repeating the same checklist every month.
Will you need access to my website?
Usually, yes. Depending on the work required, this may include limited access to your website, Google Search Console, analytics and Google Business Profile. I will explain exactly what is required before anything is changed.
SEO Review

Want to know where you're losing visibility?

Send me your website and a little about your business. I'll look at how you currently appear in Google, what competitors are doing and where I see the strongest opportunities for improvement.

No ranking guarantees or inflated promises — just a clear look at where the opportunity is.
